Part 2 - Detailed Income and Expenditure Declaration
Under this section there are 15 blocks to fill in on the income side and 32 blocks of possible expenses the person may have to fill in. Then the platform works out their income and expenses so you can see if the person is solvent
Part 3 - Statement of Assets & Liabilities
This section also has blocks for the person to fill in that cover the following assets: Property, stocks & shares, Insurances, tangible assets like precious metals and jewellery, fixed deposits and savings, business interests, etc. Then on the liabilities side: Money owed to the banks /financial institutions - bonds, personal loans, vehicle finance, credit cards, etc, term loans, income tax owing, contingent liabilities, Suretyship, Notarial bonds, etc
Part 4 - Security Offered
In this area the applicant needs to state what securities they have. Again there is a list of all possible securities the person can put up, from tangible assets such as gold, property, etc, to cessions on investments like Unit trusts, Policies that can be converted into cash, Gold, Fixed Deposits and any other securities the person may want to put up
Part 5 - An Acknowledgement Form
This section is a signed declaration that all the information the person has submitted is true. It consists of a tick-block next to a whole rang of statements from things like the person has not been sequestrated, nor are under debt review, they have not been diagnosed to be mentally unfit. Then the document gives permission for the banks to release personal information and that they are the legal owners of the disclosed bank accounts. There is also a section where the person declares whether they are married or not and their type of anti-nuptial contract.
Part 6 - C.V. Upload Area
The person uploads their full Curriculum Vitae in this section.
Part 7 - Accompanied Documentation
The documentation the person needs to upload are as follows:
- Their proof of Identification
- Proof of residence
- 6 Months of personal bank statements
- Drivers license
- Proof of Owner's Contribution
- Permission to perform a credit check
