TERMS AND CONDITIONS - GOLD PACKAGE
The terms & conditions for the R2 500 per month subscription are as follows:
- Your Franchise will be charged this amount every month and an invoice will be sent to your finance department.
- Payment is due on the final day of every month. Failure to receive payment will incur an immediate suspension of your service on the Recruitex platform.
- Should your Franchise be suspended, then payment of your outstanding balance in full will reinstate your service on the Recruitex platform.
- Recruitex reserves the right to increase this fee on the anniversary of the subscription and by not more than an inflationary-linked increase.
- This subscription covers the basic expenses to keep your franchise live on the Recruitex platform.
- In order to set up your Franchise on the Recruitex platform, a once-off fee of R500 will be charged.
- A maximum of 20 franchisee Applicants (Hereafter referred to as the Applicant) per month will be processed by Recruitex.
- Once the 21st Applicant has been processed, Recruitex will send the Franchisor an e-mail informing them that their full quota of Applicants has been reached and will ask the Franchisor whether Recruitex must continue to process Applicants for that month. Only upon receiving written confirmation will Recruitex start to process further Applicants during that month.
- Should the Franchisor wish Recruitex to process more Applicants in any one month over the 20 that come with this package, then each Applicant processed from the 21st one onwards will be charged at R150 per Applicant. This fee will be added to the next invoice issued to the Franchisor.
- Of the 54 areas that are measured by the entrepreneurial assessment, this package entitles you to get a report on 25 of the areas.
- Each Applicant will gain full access to every service on the Recruitex platform.
- Full credit check and partial advanced character checking (If required) will be carried out on each Applicant once the Franchisor approves an Applicant to progress further after taking the entrepreneurial inclination assessment.
- When an Applicant has been successfully selected by the Franchisor (Your business) and the applicant has accepted the offer to buy into the franchise, then the Franchisor will owe Recruitex 0.5% (half a percent) of the purchase price of the Franchise. This fee includes VAT.
- This fee will be invoiced upon the Applicant paying the Franchisor their fee.
- It is incumbent upon the Franchisor to disclose the information on whether an Applicant has accepted the Franchise offer and has paid over their franchise fee to Recruitex.
- Recruitex reserves the right to conduct an investigation into whether a particular Applicant has in fact bought into the franchise and paid over their franchise joining fee (Fee to buy into the Franchise)
- With this package there is NO Inclusion of extra assessments on the Applicants done by a professional person
- With this package, there is the ability to add 2 custom questions to the platform relating to your franchise.
