 STEP 1: All responses to marketing campaigns are sent to your online franchise prospectus                on the Recruitex site

  STEP 2: Each franchisee applicant has to follow a specific route - See below:

Prospective franchisee to register online after having perused prospectus
Prospective franchisee registers on Recruitex after having   perused your prospectus
Prospective franchisee to complete online quick application
Prospective franchisee  completes an online application form that franchisor has full access to on the Recruitex Site
Franchisee completes the on-line comprehensive entrepreneurial
inclination assessment, that they pay for. Franchisor gets the results and can make an initial decision whether they want this applicant to proceed.
Once franchisor gives the go ahead, the franchisee is invited to complete the application process, which includes uploading all of the required documents
Complete on-line

Franchisor to invite prospect to proceed with full application 
Franchisee to request credit check and 
application review
Introductory meeting with Franchisor and disclosure to prospective franchisee
Franchisee documents are reviewed by Recruitex for completeness, and once happy, these are sent to Franchisor
Once Franchisor is happy with the applicant, Recruitex is asked to do a detailed credit check. Once Franchisor is OK with the results, an introductory meeting  is set up with the prospective franchisee
