The collection of, vetting and securely storing all necessary documentation needed by every franchise. 

Because every applicant has to submit information on themselves and on their financial state, we perform a service whereby we collect and store all the information you will request from any person applying to buy into your franchise. We also provide a service wherein we check through the documentation the person uploads, looking for congruency across all of the information.

This information is stored under tight security and in accordance with the POPPI act. We give you access to this information and, if you have a subscription with us, we dedicate an exclusive section to you for your Franchise, wherein all applications related to your specific franchise are all stored together and we give you access to this portion of our platform.

The types of information we collect are:

5. The person's full C.V.
6. A statement of Acknowledgement - that they are fully capable, financially sound, do not have judgements, and that they give consent for us to allow get information from their bank / financial institutions and to perform a credit check on them.

- Drivers license

- 6 Months of Bank Statements

- Proof of Owners Contribution

- The form giving us permission to perform a credit check on them

Performing the relevant credit checks and other vital checks

We provide a full service here wherein we not only do a detailed credit check on each applicant, but we also can check a wide variety of information about the person, so not only their financial information, but also background checks - such as

• whether the person has any judgements against them, or has a criminal record.
• On their qualifications - matric results and post study qualifications
• Whether or not the person has any pending court cases
• Verification of their ID document, drivers license, passport and, in the case of a foreign national, their work permit
• English proficiency
• Cognitive and Potential Assessment

Checking the person's behavioural activities, including their social media posts.

We provide another service whereby we check the person's internet behaviour. A candidate can say one thing in an interview and this may impress you, however when we do a deep dive into their social media habits, the posts they make and the people and/or groups they are in contact with over Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, WhatsApp or any of the other social media platforms this may provide a completely different picture of the person. First-line interviewing of each candidate.

It is often a painful and time-consuming activity to interview all candidates that apply to buy a franchise from you. This is particularly true when a lot of people apply out of intrigue or curiosity. We label these as time-wasters. We provide a service wherein we do this basic screening for you, so you only have to interview those that are seriously interested.  We provide you with a basic report on all the interviews that we conduct. Each of these interviews take from 15 minutes to 1 hour.

We provide a more advanced interviewing process wherein we interview each candidate that you have pre-selected in a thorough fashion. Ranking the candidates for you.

If we are storing the documents on each of your candidates and all have gone through our entrepreneurial inclination and management competency assessment, then we can rank the candidates in order from the most likely candidate to the least likely one. We can provide this service either having conducted the interview or nor, however having conducted an interview will give place us in a better position to provide you with a more accurate ranking. The price for this service is R200

As you can see from our landing page we provide a service to those wanting to explore buying a franchise as a way for them to get into their own business, but who have not decided which franchise they want, and they have certainly not applied to buy into your franchise.

We ask these candidates to take our entrepreneurial inclination and management competency assessment, provide us all of their documentation and have conducted the basic credit check and ID verification on each of these. They would have also provided us with a list of the types of franchises that they are interested in, based upon their skill sets.
